The position is a hands-on role for an innovative, forward thinking, digitally oriented talent acquisition expert to support the firm's Human Resources department. You must have at least three years of talent acquisition experience and possess a four-year degree or equivalent eight years of experience in a law firm environment, and four years of hands-on benefits experience. Job Requirements:The firm is looking for someone with a strong initiative, excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Responsibilities would include planning, developing and implementing an effective talent acquisition strategy for the firm's non-legal recruitment program, and managing a full life cycle recruitment process to source, select and hire top talent for the firm. You would also establish and maintain effective recruitment metrics, processes, systems and tools; delivering a five-star candidate experience and contributing to the representation of the firm's employment brand and culture.
