We are looking for a recruiter to join our HR team and manage the first stage of our recruiting process. Responsibilities include using various channels to look for potential candidates and building a pipeline for future hiring needs. In this job you will be responsible for: Coordinate with hiring managers to determine position requirements Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks Craft and send recruiting emails Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs Measure conversion rates Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks Assist the HR staff with other projects as assigned Assist HR Manager in data-entry tasks, employee file upkeep, and additional HR-Administrative duties as needed. The ideal candidate for this role will: Be experienced in office administrative work, such as creating and updating Excel spreadsheets, scheduling meetings/conference calls via Microsoft Outlook, data entry, and email correspondence. Be an effective verbal and written communicator and be able to interact with a variety of different individuals across all levels of the company. Have a proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role Have a hands-on experience with sourcing techniques Be familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Management Systems Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates Bilingual a must Job Requirements:Maintaining employee files and accurate employee recordsPrepare new hire employee files and orientation packetsAssemble new hire and new employee orientationMaintain employee human resources files, records, and informationCompleting filing of employee documentation in employee filesInitiating new employee background checksSupport the human resources manager with all campus human resources functionsProvide administrative support for human resourcesMaintain various human resources, employment and benefits related filesMaintain accurate current employee confidential information in employee filesCreate employees files and maintain confidential employee personnel recordsPrepare new employee benefit files and packets for weekly new employee benefits meetingMaintain employee personnel, benefit and payroll filesPerform human resources and administrative tasksManage employee files in WDMaintain applicant paperwork and employee filesPrepare new hire personnel filesMaintaining of employee benefit files & updating of employee payroll recordsSchedule new employee orientation, exit interviewsMaintain employee personnel and benefit files
