Summary: Redline is expanding into the DC region and we are looking for a highly motivated, high energy personality to help drive market awareness and sales in this new market opportunity. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a growing company with a clear path established for career advancement. Duties and Responsibilities: The Sales Development Representative position is an outside sales new business development role primarily focused on connecting with local dealership decision makers, establishing brand awareness and scheduling virtual meetings between the dealership's decision makers and Redline's Regional Sales Manager (RSM), meetings which you will attend in person while the RSM completes the online demo virtually. Your week will consist of visiting dealerships to establish a relationship, following up with dealerships that are not yet ready to purchase and attending virtual demos that you schedule with the RSM. You will have a quota that consists of individual efforts (dealerships visited & virtual meetings scheduled) and team efforts (virtual meetings held & closed won opportunities).Qualifications:Competitive spirit and motivated self starterDemonstrated leadership ability in personal or professional endeavorsA career interest in sales, business development, marketing or entrepreneurshipCompensation: Base plus commission with a target total compensation of $45k to $55kAbout Redline Automotive MerchandisingRedline Automotive Merchandising is a private-equity backed company, founded in 2007.
