Responsibilities Liaison between client and our customers to schedule appointments for a variety of maintenance reasons. Responsible for inbound and outbound calls and sending emails and letters to customers. The main part of their responsibilities include: Setting appts for meter maintenance Job Requirements:Required Skills & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Highly accountable- able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. Proven customer support experience Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a call center or experience with inbound/outbound calls and dealing with customers of some sort Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening Must have reliable internet and must be able to work remotely and with minimum supervision. Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Outlook
