You will work with highly competent and energetic teams and will have a tremendous opportunity to add value.As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying prospects and executing sales plans with the sole aim of increasing profitable revenues for CirrusLabs. You will accomplish this by clearly identifying prospects, adapting to shifting market conditions, and above all closing businesses to deliver on revenue targets.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role include:+ Grow and execute a new business pipeline of >$75M in qualified opportunities+ Identify business opportunities by unearthing prospects, follow up on new leads, explore client referrals, and research/analyze sales options+ Proactively solicit and secure new business and new accounts through strategic planning and a consultative approach+ Establish and maintain close, on-going personal contact with your key clients and provide consistent and customer-centric service and support+ Engage directly with C-Level decision makers regularly to identify emerging opportunities and ensure CLABS is added to bidder's lists and RFP's+ Communicate the value proposition of the company through proposals, demonstrations, and presentations to potential partners+ Generate accurate sales reports to advise and make recommendations to senior leadership. Maintain sales databases.+ Go the extra mile to achieve sales goals, forecast revenue projections, and track key account metrics+ Ability to make persuasive presentations on our consulting services+ Excellent oral and written communication skills with high level of attention to detail + Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of responsibilities and the aptitude for effective and creative problem solving+ Ability to work in fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands+ Ability to travel to various conferences/events/meetingsRequirementsThe Business Development Manager has:+ At least 5 years of enterprise sales, business development in a consulting environment or other relevant experience+ Experience selling Agile services, DevOps, and Testing+ Ability to spend at least 80% of your role generating outside sales+ Experience in managing the sales cycle+ Experience creating partnerships and establishing meaningful business relationships rooted in trust+ Experience communicating, negotiating, presenting, and supporting visual storytelling across all levels of the organization+ Experience with needs-satisfaction selling methodologies, including understanding and mitigating risks+ A desire to learn the nuances of a complex industry, to seek out that information on your own, and to ask questions+ Understands Agile, cloud, DevOps and Testing service offerings+ BS/BA in Business Administration or relevant fieldBenefitsThis is a full-time position with full benefits.
