The ideal candidate is a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and has the ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written communications.This is a full-time remote position.Responsibilities:+ Manages the hiring process by advertising open job requisitions, conducting initial candidate screenings, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, collecting documentation, performing background checks, and engaging with candidates+ Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with training, and professional development. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.+ Implements new hire orientation and onboarding+ Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.+ Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.+ Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.+ Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.+ Performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications:+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited university+ 3-5 years experience in human resources desired.+ Experience in fundraising, prospect research, or data management for a nonprofit organization is preferred.+ Proven success working in a full-time remote work environment is required.+ A positive attitude, team player mentality, and accountability is a must!+ Polished communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong interpersonal skills.+ Strong computer skills with proficiency in Google products and Microsoft Office Suite.+ Strong customer service orientation and the ability to interact effectively with clients and staff at all levels of the organization.+ Effective planning, detail orientation, and organization skills to effectively manage multiple tasks/projects at any given time. + Reliability to maintain established schedules, manage time and priorities, and meet commitments and deadlines.+ Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to effectively manage through change and transition.+ Proactive and collaborative working style.+ Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with poise, tact and diplomacy.+ Professional demeanor and presentation.+ Ability to assimilate new job-related information appropriately.This full-time position with a base salary starting at $48,000 - $58,000.
