In partnership with your team, you will effectively manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consulting and guidance to our Talent Acquisition teams and participate in projects that enhance the recruiting experience.As a Technology Talent Acquisition Manager at Capital One, you and your team will manage candidates through the recruiting and selection process, provide consultative guidance to internal clients and complete projects that enhance the recruiting experience. As a recruiting leader you will be passionate about keeping abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques that enable us to be a best-in-class recruitment shop.Roles and ResponsibilitiesClient management - working with hiring managers, group or organization leads, campus programs teams, and other key stakeholders to understand recruiting needs and developing strategy to meet hiring goalsCandidate management - helping your team of recruiters in developing and executing sourcing plans to identify and recruit people with skills matching the hiring needs, and creating relationships with candidates to facilitate process and offer acceptanceLeading a team of recruitersProject work - lead and participate in miscellaneous department initiatives through project management frameworksManage and leverage recruiting platforms (Workday, Candidate Management System) necessary to support recruiting delivery, operations and strategyBasic QualificationsAt least 4 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting including full life cycle, research, and sourcingAt least 2 years of experience in People ManagementAt least 2 years of experience in Client ManagementPreferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree or military experience5 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting - full life cycle, research, and sourcing5 years of experience in Client Management3 years of experience in People ManagementExperience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiringExperience in diversity recruitingAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this positionNo agencies please.
