Position Title : Human Resources Generalist Summary: Provide support for corporate operations by maintaining HR process and procedures, coordinating/executing operational tasks, and other administrative tasks. Experienced, reliable, and task oriented professional with ability to work directly with executives and own many administrative priorities, and activities. The essential skills needed for success are strong ability in all means of communication, highly organized, high technological aptitude, strong interpersonal skills, and unquestioned integrity . General Functions: + Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions. + Support administrative support services of human resources (timecard, benefits, and recruiting) and finance (accounts payable and receivable) as needed. Responsible for making sure that a company's support activities are running smoothly and consistently. + Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions. + Responsible for on-boarding and orientation of new employees; to include out-processing actions as needed. + Assists with the preparation of the performance review process. + Managing executive calendars and synchronizing existing meetings/activities/appointments/ travel/leave/etc. + Schedule and coordinate future meetings/activities/appointments/travel/etc. + Assist with projects and contracts, as needed. Required General and Technical Skills: + Excellent verbal and written communication skills. + Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. + Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. + Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures. + Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. + Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Certifications: Preferred to have at least 1 of the following: + Technical Recruitment Certification + SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) Education and Experience: + Bachelor's degree; preferred or relevant in progress degree. + 5-7 years related experience required.
