The projects supported include, but not limited to, airborne systems, advanced capabilities, datalink systems, and mission systems ranging from small prototype projects through ACAT I Program of Records. As such, support services required for these projects will vary in accordance with the customer, sponsor, stakeholder, and organization objectives. This position in located at Webster Field, St Inigoes MD. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, and handling information requests, as well as performing administrative functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. Maintain the Mandatory Government Training Tracker. Provide Defense Transportation System (DTS) travel assistance to government customers to include: Track/route the Government personnel travel arrangements, order requests and receipts, submit and track travel reimbursement claims utilizing the Government travel system. Interface with Government security systems in support of the division as needed. This support includes, but it not limited to preparing outgoing visit request and inputting incoming visit requests into the Government systems. Process both classified and unclassified correspondence and naval messages. The contractor shall route the correspondence to the appropriate personnel. Coordinate NAWCAD WOLF ASI DIVISION and contractor office moves, including telephone lines, computer connections, etc. Disseminate division communications. Maintain the Community of Interest (COI) information system, and SharePoint site. Provide note taking and scheduling support as needed for staff, branch, all-hands meetings. SUPERVISORY/MANAGEMENT AUTHORITY No supervisory or management authority. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE A minimum ten (10) years of experience, at least three (3) years of recent experience to include use of DTS, processing correspondence, verifying security status in DISS (formerly known as Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS)) for visit requests, and assisting with phone and NMCI office moves. BA/BS degree Note: An AS/AA degree plus four (4) years of additional commensurate work experience may be substituted for a BS/BA degree. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Must be highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Proficient in DoD Defense Travel System (DTS); Army Records Information Management System, DoD correspondence procedures, letter email, is very desirable. SECRET Security Clearance/Interim SECRET Security Clearance required Friendly, outgoing personality to greet visitors Organization and filing skills WORK ENVIRONMENT This work is in an office environment and telework. Time is split between onsite and offsite work. Compresses Work Schedule (CWS) Rostered Day Off (RDO) is authorized every other Friday. Standard work hours are 0730 - 1600 with the flexibility to start as early as 0600 and end as late as 1800 Monday-Friday.
