Overview Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a Senior Program Control and Pricing Analyst to serve on the corporate staff to support a multi-million dollar portfolio of Government and Commercial contracts as well as pricing proposals for existing and new work. The candidate should have at least five to ten years of directly applicable work experience in the field of financial management and budget analysis. Experience with large-scale programs of various contract types preferred. Remote during COVID. Responsibilities Review cost and pricing data for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and reasonableness Financial oversight of multiple contracts with prime and subcontractor personnel placed both domestically and internationally Fiscal and administrative management regarding budgeting, financial reporting, analysis/forecasting for multiple funding sources and various budget components. Pipeline tracking and reporting Responsible for special reporting requirements (CDRLs) related to finance, program costs, and budgets Attending and actively participating (virtually) in monthly meetings with our clients. This includes preparing financial data for a slide deck, briefing monthly financial statuses, and answering any finance-related questions the Government may have Overseeing the creation and tracking of individual employee budgets Identify areas for increased cost savings and efficiencies Advise Program Management in regards to cost impact on employment agreements Review contract and subcontract terms and conditions for accuracy, and cost impact Perform cost and price analysis and develop pricing templates and models to evaluate different strategies and "what-if" scenarios Analyze cost data and work with program management to review execution strategies Support audits and participate in cost proposal clarifications or negotiations Assist with the development of smart and efficient pricing standards, strategies and best practices where applicable and integrate the same throughout the organization Qualifications At least five plus (5+) years of professional Finance experience Strong analytical background, mastery of cost and accounting forecasting skills Experience with pricing proposals from Federal Government Agencies Knowledge of FAR, CAS, allowable/un-allowable costs, and indirect rates Demonstrated experience with budgeting, program control, and forecast modeling across all major contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF/CPAF, IDIQ, etc.) Demonstrated hands-on work experience and knowledge of pricing, including reading and reviewing RFPs, cost model development, and cost proposal development Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with and present to executive management Demonstrated experience to execute multiple tasks simultaneously working in a team or independently Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment delivering results and quality services Exceptionally detail oriented and able to translate big-picture analyses with complex contract structures Strong organizational, verbal, written, analytical, problem solving, and communication skills Expert proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word Experience with CostPoint and Cognos desired, ability to write queries in Cognos a plus Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university -- Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics or business-related field of study preferred
