Seeking a strategic, innovative professional who can lead from the front by being authentic, agile, connected and technologically bold in all areas of recruitment including DE You will use your relationship-based consultative skills to lead DE strategies for Deloitte Risk& Financial Advisory's high growth environment.You will team with the Risk & Financial Advisory Talent Acquisition leadership team to design, program manage, track and measure DE recruiting initiatives in accordance with our talent acquisition strategy. You will measure and communicate results against committed recruiting actions to ensure meaningful and measurable progress towards DE goals. You will also explore possible growth opportunities and/or identify new platforms to enhance our DE campus recruiting efforts. You will have responsibility for leading recruiting at multiple universities and lead on a range of initiatives to help students to be better prepared for today's and tomorrow's careers.Successful candidates will have experience designing and executing innovative DE programs, earning trust with candidates and recruits, and exhibit the ability to invent and simplify to translate market leading practices and research into action.Work you'll do:Campus recruiting focuses on early identification of candidates in their academic career through internship and full-time opportunities out of university.Responsible for the execution of full life-cycle campus recruiting for Risk & Financial Advisory businessServe as the primary point of contact for candidates, educational institutions and the business Work closely with internal stakeholders to establish and/or design a tailored recruiting approach at designated school(s) to achieve demandFoster and drive DE initiatives including but not limited to strategic programming and sourcing top diverse talent at assigned campuses and sourcesBuild DE focused recruitment strategies / plans and help drive adoption; innovate new ways to expand and scaleManage strategic relationships with external organizations as an opportunity to attract and identify diverse talent pipelinesLeverage recruiting knowledge, recruitment results and competitive market intelligence to drive strategies and influence key internal stakeholders on recruitment activities and programsServe as a "Brand Ambassador" to expand our internal & external footprint to build the Distinctively Deloitte braRole may provide opportunity to manage established projects or conferences or develop new programs QualificationsRequired:Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experienceProven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment Ability to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systemsAbility to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholdersConsultative approach toward clients and ability to influence othersExperience in program creation for diverse talent pipelinesWillingness to step outside of comfort zone and try new methodologies and approaches in the spirit of experimentation and innovationAbility to embrace technology platforms and participate in our social media strategy across Deloitte businessesProblem-solving and event-planning skillsProficient skills in various technologies (ie, Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems)Travel up to 40% (While 40% of travel is a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has been suspended until further notice.)Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.Preferred:Previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment
