What You'll Do The Sr Human Resources Manager will partner with the North American eCommerce leadership team and business partners to develop and execute HR priorities that enable the business to achieve its accelerated growth goals and foster a fulfilling employee experience. As an organized and results-oriented leader, the Sr Human Resources Manager with strategize organizational development, talent management, employee relations, training and development, performance management, and HR special projects. Reporting into the VP, Human Resources- North America Sales, the Sr Human Resources Manager will create, execute, and improve upon both strategic people initiatives and tactical processes. This role will have a HR Generalist direct report. Responsibilities: + Business Partnering & Employee Relations : Support NA eCommerce business partner(s) and leaders by aligning the team's people strategy with their business strategy. Serve as a trusted advisor and activator within talent management, organizational design, matrixed org partnership, development needs and more. + Project Planning & Execution : Effectively communicate and execute corporate initiatives, programs, and projects. Work cohesively with all functional organizations (at all levels) to deliver expected results consistently. + Talent Management & Acquisition : Apply strategic talent management solutions to drive aggressive hiring needs of diverse and high-performing talent in support of the accelerated business needs; Support retention efforts, assess employee experience, coordinate employee development, and support career/professional growth. + Compensation & Analysis : Develop and implement total compensation structure including base salary, bonuses, and incentives to drive the right behaviors in our sales workforce + Change Management : Act as a change agent and partner to the business and implement processes and approaches which prepare employees for ongoing change and transformation and improve organizational efficiency. + Strategy & Implementation : Serve as strategy lead for process improvement initiatives. Use HR data to understand existing process and identify areas for standardization and automation solutions. Who You Are You're a curious problem solver who has the ability to bring big ideas to life. You're creative and scrappy but can navigate a large organization with ease. You're agile and adaptable but work with precision to ensure we deliver top-notch customer experiences, always. You also have: + Bachelor's Degree in Business or Human Resources + An advanced degree in Human Resource Management a plus. + 7-10 years of Human Resource experience with a strong focus on business partnering, coaching, progressive org development, employee relations, and operational HR excellence. + Demonstrated ability and desire to "roll up your sleeves" in a fast-paced environment with high volume workload. + Must demonstrate flexibility, agility and resilience to thrive on change and competing priorities and timelines. + Strong time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize work demands with an attention to detail. + Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to manage across functions at various levels. + Credible HR professional with an ability to understand the business and build effective business relationships. + Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills. + Self-motivated individual with the desire to succeed and motivate others. + Strong internal and external customer service focus. + Experience supporting corporate/executive functions is strongly preferred.
