About the RoleAs the campaign manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating email and other campaign promotions and ensuring marketing can achieve their lead and revenue objectives. Main duties include running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases, setting up digital ad campaigns, messaging marketing promotions/offers and analytics and reporting on all activities.In this role, you will also be expected to: + Create integrated digital marketing campaigns for both acquisitions and upsell based on market segments to gain new customers and build repeat business+ Define and identify customer base marketing programs, including promotions and offers, targeting "at-risk" and "high-value" customer segments based on attributes and metrics+ Define and develop new customer acquisition marketing promotions and offers to target "high-propensity" segments based on market insights+ Research new digital advertising placement opportunities based on audience segments and branding goals+ Manage digital campaign portfolio of assets for brand awareness, lead generation, acquisition and customer upsell assets and act as an expert on messaging and conversion best practicesAbout You+ Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing or related fields+ 5-10 years of related job experience+ In-depth knowledge of running B2B campaigns+ Knowledge and understanding of current marketing technologies and trends + Relevant working experience and project management skills+ Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously + Strong creativity and problem-solving skills+ Familiarity with partner marketing or channel marketing a plusPreferred Skills+ Communication: exceptional communication skills to effectively convey important information within the marketing team and to cross-functional personnel+ Project Management: exceptional project management skills, multitasking and organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines,+ Resiliency: ability to adapt and respond appropriately to change and shift in priorities+ Customer Focus: Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate+ Analytics: data-driven with an ability to interpret data and present results to senior management and business executivesAbout UsBrivo is the global leader in mobile, cloud-based access control for commercial real estate, multifamily residential, and large distributed enterprises.
