Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field with three (3) years of related talent acquisition and sourcing experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be internet and social media savvy, have experience utilizing talent relationship management tools, resilient, motivated to succeed and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
