This position will also be responsible for property migrations. This position serves as the initial point of contact for Fairstead employees as system issues arise.At the direction of the Yardi Systems Manager, the Systems Analyst is directly responsible for the following:+ Resolves daily Yardi support tickets across multiple Yardi modules. The level of support will range from Tier I-Tier III Support and will require resolution tracking.+ Maintain all user security access this includes setting up new users and inactivating users. + Understand global settings as well as best practices in Yardi Module implementations.+ Work with 3rd parties to execute property conversions or module rollouts. + Report to Yardi team leader and coordinate on new property onboarding and feature implementation.+ Perform data validation and testing to ensure smooth property transition.+ Identify and report data issues/inconsistencies to be addressed during implementation and coordinate with other departments to resolve.+ Setup, maintain, and configure current /new Yardi Modules.+ Maintain Yardi 3rd party integrations.+ Develop custom reports and correspondence as needed using account trees, ysql, ysr and ssrs. Requirements+ Must have proficiency in Yardi Modules: Affordable, Rent Cafe, Payscan, Check Scan, New York Module, Marketplace, Legal Module, and Job Cost.+ HUD and LIHTC experience preferred, certificates held in both would be a plus.+ Must have working knowledge or property conversions, specifically for 50059 and LIHTC.+ Strong accounting background preferred.+ Must have working knowledge of ETL.+ Preferred experience in SQL & YSQL.+ Experience in CRM and Vendor Cafe would be a plus.+ 2+ years' experience in property management/multi-family housing.+ 3+ years in Yardi support role.+ 2+ years in Yardi Property Conversion role.
