Job Summary:The Recruiter is responsible for entire recruiting life-cycle which consist of understanding business needs, candidate generation and sourcing, overseeing interview process, to extending offers and onboarding new hires. She/He will research and identify target candidates through our existing network/database, job postings, social media, and networking events. Daily tasks will include candidate research, implementation of effective recruiting and staffing strategies, interviewing candidates and interacting with hiring managers.Must be an excellent communicator as daily interaction via phone, virtual platforms and in-person are a critical component for success.Responsibilities:* Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.* Understands the competitive landscape to engage candidates and build relationships. Builds and maintains candidate pipeline for future employment opportunities.* Researches and identifies target candidates' profiles for specific search practices using social media such as LinkedIn, Facebook, etc. and networking events.* Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.* Interviews candidates to determine their backgrounds and experience; remains involved throughout search process, including: writing candidate background reports for hiring managers.* Debriefs with hiring managers on candidates presented and position qualifications, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and assisting with offer preparation.* Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.* Participates in recruitment events, including schools, trade shows, career fairs, and other functions; assist in coordinating recruitment events.* Leads job posting (internal and external) and database management efforts.Advise hiring managers of compliance with employment laws and regulations* Reports status of candidate pipeline on a regular basis to management.* Understands Mortgage Network's wide ranging services.Qualifications and Experiences:Minimum 2 years' experience as a recruiter required. Mortgage, banking or sales recruiting experience highly preferred.Associate's degree required.
