In particular, you'll work with Fortune 50 brands in the consumer and enterprise tech space. In close collaboration with our global Methods+Mastery team, you'll be a partner to our brainy marketing clients at companies based in the US and EMEA.Our ideal candidate is passionate about social, data and analytics, and has an innate curiosity and the desire to find out "why?" The Lead Content Strategist will work closely with our analysts, planners and creatives to translate insights into social-first editorial that drives results for our clients. You'll help brands find meaning beyond the moment with insight-led stories that are ownable, authentic and compel people to action.**Responsibilities Responsibilities**+ Plan, develop and manage effective social content strategies for Consumer and B2B audiences, acting as the day-to-day editorial lead on social content scopes, in partnership with the Client Experience and Social Strategy leads on accounts.+ Input on research briefs to guide our analysts in discovering more about audiences, topics and the competitive landscape that can inform social editorial decisions.+ Facilitating editorial and narrative workshops with clients to align on editorial goals, narratives, key messages and story themes+ Developing editorial playbooks that outline content strategy objectives, editorial approach, messaging, narrative, tone of voice and copywriting guidance.+ Guide and oversee the work of junior copywriters, ensuring alignment with editorial strategy and overall quality of content.+ Input on measurement needs and review measurement analyses to identify how content is performing and moving the needle for clients, and making recommendations on iterations to fine-tune the editorial approach.+ Lead editorial briefings directly with clients to build the framework of stories we want to tell in social, and lead ongoing story mining to develop content calendars, story trackers and conduct SME interviews, where relevant.+ Develop creative briefs to bring content strategy to life, working closely with the creative team throughout the creative process to keep the team tracking against strategy.+ Provide regular strategic counsel directly with senior clients and to our M+M colleagues.+ Work in partnership with our Director of Editorial + Content to progress and grow the Editorial + Content offering at M+M.+ Support new business development with existing and new clients by collaborating with the M+M team on new business pitches and proposals, and consistently putting innovative ideas and approaches forward to our clients.+ Contribute to Methods+Mastery's culture of innovation, curiosity and respect for different backgrounds and perspectives.**Qualifications Qualifications**+ Significant experience planning and developing social media content strategies and programs, in a Editorial/Content Strategy role for Consumer and/or B2B audiences.+ Experience in a client-facing strategy or strategic advisor role, preferably in an advertising, social or digital marketing agency.+ Experience with and an understanding of consumer tech and/or enterprise technology space, including sector trends and audience decision-making needs, is a bonus.+ Deep knowledge of social media platforms - particularly LinkedIn and Twitter, but also YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, etc.+ Experience utilizing research, analytics and insights to develop social media content strategy. Comfortable with finding the meaning in data and presenting data-driven strategy.+ Strong ability to facilitate discussion, collaboration, and consultation with internal and external stakeholders.+ Strong oral and written communications - you can articulate ideas well and present smart strategies with passion.+ Attention to detail with strong project management and prioritization skills; ability to manage ad-hoc requests in tandem with ongoing projects using Agile and Scrum-based project management principles.+ Collaborative attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive and excel in a challenging fast-paced environment.+ Willingness to work flexibly to meet deadlines and collaborate with colleagues in different time zones.**Job Locations** _US-TX-Dallas | US-CA-San Francisco | US-DC-Washington, DC_**ID** _2021-5062_**Position Function** _Social/Digital_**Job Classification** _Full Time_
