Salesforce Project Manager & Business Analyst
**The Role:**The Salesforce Project Manager will work as part of the IT Digital Platforms CRM team to manage global, cross-functional projects related to Salesforce and associated applications for the Logitech Global Video Collaboration Commercial (Sales & Marketing) organization. Identify project goals, budget and resources needed; develop & document Charters, Communication Plans, Timelines, Risks/Issues, Action Logs, Status Updates and more; measure progress and keep the project on track+ Partner with WW IT, Sales, Operations, Finance & Marketing teams to extract and document business and technical requirements, lead design sessions, and organize training, user acceptance testing and delivery efforts+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share information, build consensus, and help ensure work aligns with internal strategic priorities and achieves common goals+ Prepare requests for proposals and conduct all necessary meetings to facilitate selection of project services and products+ Work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders across the globe and at all levels of the organization. Build positive working relationships, drive strong team engagement and effectively manage escalations+ Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the business's current technology and infrastructure from a functional perspective+ Serve as consultant to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results+ Be one of the first points of contact for user support and problem solving**Key Qualifications:**For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:+ 10+ years in the IT Industry, implementing enterprise-wide Salesforce.com CRM applications on schedule and within budget+ 5+ years direct responsibility for managing project teams, budget and schedule+ Expertise with business processes around Marketing, Sales & Channel Partner management+ Solid understanding of best practices in CRM usage and ability to bring a consulting approach to help business solve issues and challenges+ Experience with creating Salesforce reports & dashboards. Knowledge of Tableau CRM (Einstein Analytics) is a plus+ Solid understanding of best practices in CRM usage and ability to bring a consulting approach to help business solve issues and challenges+ Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and project management methodologies. Agile/PMI /PMP /CAPM Certification a plus+ Proven administrator and configurator skills with Sales Cloud+ Must be up to date with all the Salesforce releases and new functionalities within Salesforce+ Excellent verbal, active listening and written communications skills along with demonstrated facilitation skills+ Outstanding leadership and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and prioritize among competing tasks and assignments+ Must be able to work flexible hours to collaborate with a diversely distributed global IT and business team membersIn addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:+ Salesforce.com Admin certification. Salesforce Sales Cloud certification is a plus+ Basic understanding of Salesforce.com programming and Integration components (eg.
