New Signature's Human Recourses team is growing fast and we're looking for our next Technical Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join us. POSITION OVERVIEW New Signature is looking for a full life-cycle Technical Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join us. In this role, you will use strategic researching and sourcing techniques to candidate pipeline for critical, high-volume roles. You'll partner with hiring managers to understand their requirements and develop a sourcing strategy to identify the best talent. You'll manage the applicant flow, promote employee referrals, and most importantly, use your research skills to uncover hidden talent. Once you identify the best candidates, you will serve as a cultural ambassador and position our employer brand to hire candidates for opportunities. What impact will you have in this role? As a Technical Talent Recruiter, you'll need to have a record of strategically sourcing highly skilled technical professionals in a fast-paced environment and be equally comfortable with closing candidates and negotiating offers. You will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote our employer brand, reduce our time-to-hire and ensure we attract the best talent by having the ability to dig deep into a candidate's experience. What will you be doing day-to-day? * Direct full life-cycle recruitment for open and upcoming Technical and Non-Technical roles * Understanding of the Microsoft Ecosystem and how to recruit for the following skill sets: Sharepoint, Azure, 0365, .NET, Azure Data Lake, SCCM, Power BI, CRM Dynamics, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS focused positions. * Directly source candidates externally, including job boards, databases, internal talent pools, employee referrals and social media sites including LinkedIn, local meetup and networking groups. * Creative thinking on how to attract the right individuals. * Work with hiring managers to determine staffing needs ahead of time based on the resource schedule, sales pipeline. * Manage Hiring Manager expectations effectively, creating a win-win environment for the business' success. * Ensure fast turnaround time on selected candidates so we don't lose talent (reduce time to hire). * Become an expert in your recruiting space & attend/host meetups to drive the NS Talent brand through the market to maximize the right applicant traffic. * Be an ambassador for the company brand, get candidates excited about the chance to work with us and provide all external stakeholders with an incredible experience. * Constantly re-assess priorities while working on multiple roles at once. * Work across the entire organization. You will be cross-functional in this role and build relationships across the business. * Coordinate with contracting vendors for assigned contract roles as needed. What skills and experience do you need to be successful in this role? * 5+ years in talent acquisition in technology and fast-paced growth environments * Strong experience in hiring Project Managers, ideally in a consulting company. * Strong experience hiring Business Development Positions with a focus on candidates being hunters not farmers. * Strong understanding of the Microsoft Partner Network and the relationship between partners and clients. * Experience recruiting with tools such as; StackOver Flow, Angel.Co, GitHub, Advanced Google Boolean Searches * Strong understanding of the Microsoft Stack * Strong business acumen and exceptional interviewing skills * Ability to work in a team environment and to prioritize multiple tasks and manage workload efficiently with a high sense of urgency. * Detail-oriented problem solver with a passion to contribute to the organization's reputation and success. * Experience in recruiting active and passive candidates through various methods: networking, Linkedin, networking communities, website, referrals, university relations, and other creative methods * Experience partnering with senior-level executives and interviewers to gain an in-depth understanding of the position, personality and culture sought * Advanced in Microsoft Office, Linkedin and experience with Greenhouse is a nice to have skill. * Proficiency in Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). * Experience or knowledge with HR Service Delivery/Community What personality traits and other capabilities are important for this role? * Energetic and Collaborative personality * Self-starter and ability to work independently What education and certification credentials are needed for this role? University or college degree Does the role require travel? While we have a flexible work culture, your presence will be required to be in the office on a regular basis.
