Work with our HR specialty teams on issues your clients need assistance with, consult on topics such as compensation, associate relations and recruiting. You'll also partner to facilitate special integrations or organizational improvements that happen naturally in changing environments.Roles and Responsibilities+ Lead the delivery and acceptance of core HR processes (ie, Associate Engagement, Performance Management, Staffing, Leadership Development and Change Management)+ Coach senior leaders on key areas such as leadership, teamwork, strategy, etc.+ Design and execute the people strategy aligned with the overall strategy across the business line+ Provide coaching, guidance and action planning on Diversity and Inclusion+ Collaborate with HR Partners in support of the overall business organization (Compensation, Training, Recruiting and Communications) to design and deliver on key strategic projects+ Drive performance management and monitor and analyze key HR performance indicators including attrition and recruiting statisticsBasic Qualifications+ Bachelor's degree or military experience+ At least 8 years of client facing experience or at least 8 years of consulting experience or a combination of bothPreferred Qualifications+ MBA or Masters degree+ Professional Human Resources Certification or Senior Professional Human Resources certification or coaching certification+ At least 12 years of client facing experience or 12+ years of consulting experience or a combination of the two+ At least 10 years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting+ At least 5 years of experience in people management+ At least 5 years of experience in strategic consultingAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
