This contract will provide technical, administrative and subject matter expertise to include preparation of staff packages, decision briefings, administrative and logistical preparations for CL for ultimate use by or presentation to senior leadership.Bowhead seeks to network with qualified individuals relative to a potential opportunity, which is contingent upon award. Requirements * 10 years of experience working with DoD CI criminal investigations, counterespionage/counterterrorism operations, CI collections, CI functional services, and associated DoD CI policies, executive orders, and federal laws.* One year of experience developing briefing materials and presenting to peers and senior leadership in areas including policy, strategy, oversight functions, capability gaps. One year of experience supporting senior DoD officials as a staff and/or action officer.* Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively via written reports, verbal discussions, and formal presentations.* One year of experience conducting research and analysis of DoD policy/guidance documents and legal decisions.* Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.* Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts.* Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Top Secret level PLUS ability to obtain SCI eligibility.
