DescriptionMultimedia Marketing SpecialistPosition TitleMultimedia Marketing SpecialistJob Number(Job Title Number here)BackgroundWith a basic understanding of the specified marketing campaign, Multimedia Marketing Specialist will establish and maintain a profile on various social media platforms to market and advertise the GUARNG recruiting and retention efforts. This position requires a strong understanding of social media platforms, graphic design, marketing and advertising, and Public Relations.Job DutiesDuties will include:Customize strategic marketing plans and branding initiatives as outlined by the Recruiting and Retention Command (RRC) personnel.Create public awareness of products, services, and issues by targeting market identification and analysis. Create awareness through marketing outreach efforts and communication such as Social Media, telephonic communication, and lead generation applications.Establish measurable marketing objectives in conjunction with the RRC.Determine market trends and conditions and report to the RRC based on public awareness activities.Develop and obtain promotional items for the RRC in support of the State and National advertising campaign.Provide technical expertise in the area of internet based marketing.Provide database management, tracking and monitoring of internet leads, dissemination of leads to the appropriate section.Manage social media sites under the direction and supervision of the RRC and make changes as directed.Minimum Position RequirementsBachelors or Associate degree in Graphic Design, Communications or Journalism or 4 years' professional equivalentExperience in event promotion, social media management and or public affairs2+ years of experience in video editing and photographySocial media experience: working knowledge of setting up social media platforms and operating: Instagram, Snap Chat, Facebook, Twitter, and YouTubeProficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premier or video editing softwareDesired Education and ExperienceKnowledge of the Guam Army National Guard market preferredSecurity Clearance RequirementAble to obtain a favorable National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) with fingerprintsPlace of PerformanceBarrigada, GuamTo Apply For This PositionUse the following link to apply: (Insert link here)Company HighlightsAt LHG, we offer our employees a full comprehensive and competitive benefits package.
