Alliance Material Handing is seeking an experienced, self-driven Accounts Receivable Administrator! As an AR Administrator, your main responsibility will be to process and manage the Accounts Receivable. RESPONSIBILITIES: Set up and maintenance of all customer accounts Apply and post payments to open accounts receivable Research and resolve customer account payment discrepancies Prepare bank deposits Prepare customer statements Obtain and mail invoice copies for customers as needed Answer phone inquiries as needed Make courtesy calls to customers who have large invoices Requirements Minimum 2 years experience Ability to work independently Must be professional and trustworthy Excellent communication and customer services skills Extremely organized and independent Experience in Microsoft Excel Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Operating System a plus This job requires sitting at a computer for long periods of time, qualified candidate must be able to perform the essential duties.
