Company DescriptionB-Yond develops AI-based network automation software, delivered via an open platform, enabling Telcos to embrace web scale operational models as they move to 5G and Edge Cloud.Job DescriptionWe are looking for tenacious Senior Technical Recruiter who is phenomenal at proactively finding talent to join the great and growing team here at B-Yond.What you will do Partner with hiring teams to build and execute effective sourcing, assessment, and closing tactics.Conduct end-to-end sourcing and hiring of candidates for specialized technical positions, such as software developers, telco engineers, technical project managers and system architects.Develop and manage our talent pipeline of open positions.Engage with potential candidates on professional networks and social media to proactively build and maintain a healthy candidate pipeline.Work with industry partners for candidate referrals.Work with the hiring managers to understand hiring needs and status of hiring efforts.Represent B-Yond in candidate communication and relationship management throughout the recruitment lifecyclePosition B-Yond's culture, benefits, and work model with the candidates.Serve as the Lead Recruiter on proposal teams to anticipate and plan for upcoming recruitment activities.Who you are You are tenacious and fearless.
