The successful candidate will work in a friendly, collaborative environment and be responsible for coordinating loan and other real estate closings (eg, working on closing checklists and documents, setting up closing rooms and coordinating signings and all aspects of real estate transactions), title and survey reviews, formation of entities and handling filings regarding LLCs, partnerships and corporations with governmental office, preparation of UCC's and UCC filings, and maintaining electronic and hardcopy files.Successful candidates should have three (3) or more years of commercial real estate paralegal experience along with a college degree. Candidates should possess strong organizational, communication and time management skills, be proficient with MS Office Suite.
