Duties and Responsibilities + Provide continuous, excellent customer service to client base + Set appointments to identify prospective client's financial resources and needs + Be a team player to help grow the company + Follow-up with client base + Achieve sales goals through leads and referrals + Conduct needs-based customer policy reviews and update coverage + Help protect customers by offering insurance and financial products that will meet their needs + Offer expert insurance policy recommendations to generate salesRequired qualifications and skills + Must be 18 years of age or older + Must have a high school diploma or equivalent degree + Must be driven to fulfill customer's needs + Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills + Must have a proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite + Must have basic comupter compentency+ Must possess the ability to effectively relate to a customer + Must be a confident self-starter who works well independently + Excellent English and/or Spanish language skillsDesired qualifications and skills + Minimum of (2) years of experience in a similar position + Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred + Sales experience (outside/inside sales representative retail sales associate or telemarketing) + Current L/P Insurance License(s) (or must obtain in 90 days)Competencies + Technical knowledge + Critical Thinking + Relationship Building + Communication + Capitalize on Opportunities + Persuasiveness + Work Quality+ Computer Savvy
