Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the WorldRecruiter PAE is currently seeking a Recruiter to support PAE's National Security Solutions Line of Business. This position would join an existing team of Recruiters who perform together as a center of excellence within the organization. This position is based in Fredericksburg, VA andoperates with a high degree of autonomy as theRecruiter will be given the tools they need and latitude required to produce results. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for multiple disciplines including any of the following: cleared administrative support, intelligence analysis, IT/systems, and operations.Essential Job Duties:Performs full lifecycle recruitment for a number of disciplines and customers; handles approximately 30 - 40 requisitions at a timeDevelops and executes effective and efficient recruitment and sourcing strategies, identifies a qualified and diverse candidate pool from which a hiring decision can be made in an expedient and compliant mannerSources, networks and actively builds relationships to ensure an adequate pipeline of candidates effectively meets hiring needs and supports new business initiativesAttends recruiting events and performs incumbent captures on customer sitesAdapts to changing business priorities with a focus on accountability, communication, and customer serviceUtilizes cleared job boards, networking, ATS, social media and other recruitment channels to find top talent for each requisitionBuilds rapport with candidates and potential candidates though timely and honest communicationsManages and coordinates multiple recruitment activities simultaneouslyMay train other Recruiters or Coordinators on effective sourcing, closing, or other professional development topics geared towards RecruitersAccurately tracks and reports on recruiting activitiesProvides guidance to Hiring Managers on recruitment strategies, processes, procedures, and best practicesMay be required to write job descriptions and support proposal effortsPerforms other related duties as requiredSome evenings, weekends, and travel may be required to support business requirements during surge periods (proposals and contract awards)Qualifications:A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required; Experience in lieu of education will be consideredSourcing & Recruiting experience within the Intelligence CommunityThree or more years of full-cycle recruiting experienceExperience recruiting for SCA contractsAgency or search firm recruiting experience is desiredCustomer-focused and mission-drivenExcellent time management and prioritization skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsEffective teammate, elevates others around themselves by teaching communicating and helpingHigh level of emotional intelligence, an effective leader, and a desire to foster teamwork among peersSelf-starter, ability to work with minimal supervisionOutstanding analytical skills, creativity and problem-solving abilitiesFlexibility, able to adapt and thrive in a fast paced environmentPrevious experience mentoring personnel and managing multiple recruiting efforts for various projects or tasks is desiredPAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
