Primary responsibilities include inventory, palletizing, and delivering parts. This position is in our Hanover, MD facility.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Inventory kitting supplies and follow procedures for replenishing as needed.
  • Palletize per work order:
    • Follow procedure for labeling requirements for each part, pallet, and kits
    • Audit parts/materials
    • Complete packing list
    • Band or stretch wrap each pallet using correct color wrap
    • Take photo of each layer of each pallet
  • Make pallet tags and DPP labels.
  • Transport completed pallets to appropriate shipping area.
  • Scan on and off jobs.
  • Safely operate various lift equipment.
  • Perform housekeeping duties as required.
  • Keeping a clean and orderly work area.
  • Exhibit teamwork and self - management practices.
  • Follow the attendance policy of the Department.
  • Follow all safety procedures and policies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related experience.
  • Must have stable work history.
  • At lease 1 year of experience operating lifting equipment including a forklift.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Must have strong attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to cross-train in other work centers if/as needed.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Able to safely work for extended periods of time, well beyond an 8-hour workday, lift materials up to 45 pounds.
  • Work overtime flexible schedules, holidays, and weekends as required.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an inventory clerk or similar work experience.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment.
  • Qualified forklift certification.
