Sr Director w/ Alvarez & Marsal Healthcare Industry Group in Washington, DC. Responsible for the development of approach & perspective to build HIG's healthcare IT offerings to clients. Rqmts: Master's in Bus Admin, IT or rel. Min 3 yrs mgr lvl exp. Exp must include: dvlping multi-year IT & Program Strategy; defining implications on current & future use of enterprise tech; creating IT bus case & IT budgets; driving multi-mln-dollar multi-yr transformations using Agile; working w/ growth segments of Healthcare like Supp Health ins; working w/ insure-tech or health-tech tech like FINEOS, Majesco, InsPro, Epic; working w/ hypothesis driven analysis in briefing executives; leading off-shore IT teams; IT app dvlpmt using tech such as Teradata, Oracle, infrastructure planning for on-prem & Cloud, & app migration strategies.
