The Marketing Analyst will be responsible for providing a variety of marketing administration functions that include market research, working with vendors, expense reporting, business development, communications, and logistics coordination for events, including industry conferences and social events.

Hybrid -Telework Options may be available for this position based on duties and responsibilities, subject to management approval.

  • Assist marketing team in full life cycle variety of marketing logistics, including planning, coordinating, and implementing special events, including employee morale and welfare parties, social events and other meetings, and industry conferences and special projects.
  • Enter data from a variety of media, including but not limited to documents, videos, pictures, graphics, and correspondence, etc. into HTML or other common formats.
  • Create new web pages using existing templates and content/information as provided.
  • Provide developmental services for social media products, like Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and other forums to propel the company to optimal visibility.
  • Conduct market research on advertising opportunities, including digital and print and researching competitor activities and effectiveness for marketing campaigns.
  • Support marketing content development, including press releases, event announcements, blog posts, collateral, infographics, and social media posts.
  • Support business development and recruiting functions with complementary marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate expense reports and receipts as well as travel arrangements for the marketing department.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree or a high school diploma/GED and 4+ years' relevant experience may be substituted for education requirement
  • 2+ years of marketing experience
  • Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, and Publisher a plus
  • Background check required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, most specifically, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Basic knowledge of internet usage, researching, and marketing, including social media.
  • Ability to travel as needed and attend evening and weekend events as required.
  • Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in a professional manner when dealing with employees, customers, and company contacts.
  • Requires self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a clear, courteous, and professional manner when dealing with the public.

At times, you may be exposed to extreme weather conditions, fumes or airborne particles, chemicals, and or loud noise. Work environment exposure is based on duties and responsibilities of the position and location and will be specified if the risk of exposure exists.
