As a Visiting Speech Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) You will:
• Communicate with team members, customers, managers, etc. to coordinate plan of care and provide optimal patient experience.
• Administer speech therapy interventions and treatments according to agency's accepted policies and procedures.
• Apply and implement appropriate therapy knowledge and plans patient care with appropriate patient goals.
• Complete documentation requirements in a proficient and timely manner.
• Assume responsibility for personal and professional development.
• Coordinate care patients with other skilled care providers to plan, implement and access treatment programs.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Master's degree or higher from an accredited speech therapy program
• Maryland Speech Therapy Licensure
• American Speech and Hearing Association (ASHA) certified/Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Two to three years' experience preferred
* One year home care experience

Work Schedule:

Per Diem as needed for day shifts covering Southern Maryland territories - Charles and PG Counties.
  • Seeking candidate flexible for occasional weekend coverage.
  • Per diem rate Therapy rate for orientation hours; Fee Per Visit pay rates
  • Comprehensive orientation and training for in-home patient care & documentation systems.

Those testing positive are given the opportunity to re-apply in 90 days, if they can truthfully attest that they have not used any nicotine products in the past ninety (90) days and successfully pass follow-up testing.
