As a Radiology Engineer you will:
• Report to the Manager of Biomedical Engineering
• Essential responsibilities will be installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial radiography systems including x-ray systems and film processors.

Qualified candidates will possess:
• Biomedical Engineering background or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of service experience with B.S. /B.A. or military biomedical repair background.
• 3+ years of medical device experience
• 3+ years of mechanical, electrical, and Windows based computer experience providing technical support & services
• Experience with x-Ray systems particularly mobile fluoroscopy and general x-ray is highly desired

Work Schedule:

Day Shift, On Call Bi-Weekly.


    • Familiarity with most commonly used test equipment (i.e.: power supp lies, DVM's, signal generators, flow meters, etc )

    • Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings

    • Familiar with the FDA 21 CFR, CGMP for Medical devices

    • Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability t o communicate complex technical issues in an easy to understand manner, are necessary to accomplish this task

    • Responsive problem solver and action-oriented in resolving customer issues and meeting customer


    • Familiarity with FDA product requirements and state regulations preferred

    • Certification as an X-ray service person is beneficial but not necessary

    • Highly organized with the ability to be flexible, multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments
