The Recruiter will perform the following duties which include but are not limited to:

• Provides inclusive outreach that includes comprehensive recruitment and
screening activities that meet the diversity needs of our region - including
sourcing, networking, offer negotiations, hire and on-boarding and manage
competing demands, while being adaptable and flexible.
• Interview using Behavioral Interview techniques, evaluate candidates for
consideration and hire.
• Keep abreast of market trends to educate and advise hiring managers on competitive best
• Build applicant sources and talent pipelines by visiting career fairs and national events.

Minimum Education/Training Requirements
• Registered Nurse
•Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Management or related field or health care or related field and PHR/SPHR or related professional certification.
• At least 5 years of clinical experience.
• Min of 3 years recruitment experience
• Understanding of Human Resource processes and procedures strongly
• Ability to use confidentiality and discretion with confidential materials
• Approachable and confident to interact with employees at all levels
• Ability to multi-task, manage projects, and detail oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, Outlook, ATS- Workday

Those testing positive are given the opportunity to re-apply in 90 days, if they can truthfully attest that they have not used any nicotine products in the past ninety (90) days and successfully pass follow-up testing.
