Responsibilities

  • Serves as Financial Management Specialist for Defense Logistics Agency Morale, Welfare and Recreation, Headquarters, Fort Belvoir, VA.
  • Plans, formulates, and prepares operating budgets. Prepares HQs Strategic Plan, cash budgets and Capital Purchase/Minor Construction (CPMC) budgets.
  • Performs a wide range of review and analysis of NAF financial operations in order to evaluate performance in terms of requirements, goals and objectives.
  • Coordinates manpower and staffing issues with the NAF Personnel Office. Certifies the availability of funds.

Qualifications

Demonstrates the ability to:
  • Serves as Financial Management Specialist for Defense Logistics Agency Morale, Welfare and Recreation, Headquarters, Fort Belvoir, VA.

Highly Qualified Applicants are those applicants who meet the following:
Possess specialized FMWR experience which was gained working in a Department of Defense Non-Appropriated Fund(NAF) activity.
