The Operations Analyst/Logistics Support Specialist will oversee and administer logistics for the regional support team based out of Chantilly, VA.

  • Perform analysis of logistics support requirements and resource shortfalls for assigned mission areas and potential mission requirements.
  • Provide alternative support solutions and options for consideration.
  • Prepare plans, estimates, orders, and logistics annexes (i.e., security, deployment, redeployment, transportation services, storage and accountability of property equipment, and sustainment) in support of government requirements.
  • Ensure that each activated function operates according to a relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for both that function and location. If necessary, create a procedure and review/update annually.
  • Provide coordination of and briefings to leadership regarding logistical matters as tasked.
  • Develop and provide cost estimates, functional plans, and resource plans needed to implement requirements, plans, and operations.
  • Develop and provide support plans needed to deploy, sustain, and redeploy personnel, equipment, and supplies in support of plans and operations.
  • Coordinate with government, contractors, teammates, and service providers, including but not limited to military support activities and contract support operations as directed by the PMO.
  • Perform Logistical Supplies and Services Management providing supplies and services through vendor support using industry approved procurement processes.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Logistics Management, and/or similar field
  • 6+ years' experience working in Logistics Management
  • 4+ years' experience in the IT O&S/O&M atmosphere with increasing levels of responsibility
  • TS/SCI clearance required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office software.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work under limited supervision
  • Ability to travel 25% to CONUS client sites at your discretion with government approval.
  • OCONUS travel may be requested, authorized, but is not required.
