Manager, Product Management

The Card Data team is at the forefront of enabling innovation and growth for US Cards. And Marketing Data Platforms within the Card Data team is responsible for targeting; attribution, analytics and building data platforms that help drive growth and revenue through various marketing channels. As part of the Card Data Product Team, you'll have the following responsibilities:
  • You'll be driving the agenda for Marketing Data, partnering closely with performance and segment marketing teams technology partners, and working with internal teams to create a foundation for the way analysts interact with marketing data in creating great experiences for our prospects and customers
  • To get there, you'll team up with Analysts, , Engineers, Marketers on driving new product ideas from concept to launch and having direct impact to the business objectives
  • You will constantly consider areas of leverage and converging with existing technologies
  • Define training agenda and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success/failure
  • Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making
  • Lead a team through rigorous process of test and learn with focus on identifying and developing a minimum viable product (MVP)
  • Prioritize, negotiate and remove blockers to orchestrate successful launch or optimization cycle
  • Manage releases and customer support materials, ensure compliance with platform requirements; risk and data management
  • Serve as subject matter expert, contributing practitioner, thought leader, career guide and mentor to teams
  • Establish or participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and LEAN rituals which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmaps

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or military experience
  • At least 3 years of digital product management experience
  • At least 2 years of Agile product management experience


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2 + years of experience in building cloud enterprise products
  • 2 + years of experience as a Consumer Product Owner in an Agile development process
  • 5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer products
