Commercial Construction Superintendent

Northern Virginia Commercial General Contractor is looking for an experienced Superintendent. Experience should include ground up construction and the ability to understand all aspects of Commercial General Contracting. Job includes the ability to schedule multiple subcontractors and assist with enforcing the proper detailed scope of work for both the entire project as well as the subcontracts. We are a mid-sized GC so our people are a key to our success. Light computer skills are a benefit for tracking changes and keeping Daily Reports.
