Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Internal & Stakeholder Communication Manager for Internal & Stakeholder Communication who will embrace our Mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Internal & Stakeholder Communication Manager coordinates and executes systemwide internal communication including daily e-newsletters and SharePoint webpages, as well as Monthly Meeting Template slides and Board of Directors reports. The Program Manager also provides support for external stakeholder communications and manages contractors leveraged for specific communications.

As the Internal & Stakeholder Communication Manager, you will:

• Manage and implement innovative communication solutions with our creative
team
• Support production of selected stakeholder communications including
interviewing, writing, editing or serving as a point of contact
• Support internal communications for key campaigns including Employee
Survey, Vaccines, Learning Requirements, etc.
• Inform entity teams of key systemwide messages to reinforce in entity
newsletters, Town Halls, etc.
• Support systemwide recognition to celebrate roles, service lines, etc. (e.g.,
Doctors Day, Nurses Week, etc.)
• Develop new tactical approaches to internal communications
• Support Adventist HealthCare's brand guidelines, including maintenance of the
corporate identity, logo and writing guides

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications or English
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience in the coordination or management of
corporate communications
• Experience with social media channels, audiences, trends and best practices
• Experience with Internal Communications and advancing brand identity
• Demonstrated experience telling stories effectively to a range of media
channels
• Ability to translate complex information into reader-friendly language
accurately and concisely
• Outstanding writing skills and ability to revise, edit and polish communication
materials
• Ability to work well within a team and with people at all levels of an
organization
• Oversee the communications calendar to ensure timely execution a large
volume of work with tight deadlines
• Strong skills in MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word, Excel and SharePoint
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Acrobat; basic skills in Adobe
Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with communication platforms such as Bananatag, Poppulo,
MailChimp, etc. preferred
• Familiar with Associated Press Stylebook rules
