Adventist HealthCare Rehabilitation seeks to hire an experienced Staffing Coordinator for our Therapy Rehabilitation Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Staffing Coordinator you will:
• Be responsible for the assignment and allocation of staff, utilizing computer programs to achieve the staffing standards.
• Maintains staffing/vacation grids to ensure accurate identification of coverage needs. Receives, documents, and tracks time off requests. In conjunction with rehabilitation leaders, approves time off requests.
• Monitors, edits, and approves Kronos timecards for licensed and non-licensed staff
• Assist Leadership with data collection (time and attendance, staff usage reports, etc).
• Assist with the coordination of new employee orientation scheduling and other special projects as assigned.
• Update productivity daily reports and perform other clerical duties as assigned .**Possibility of remote or partially remote work for the right candidate (Must live within reasonable distance of facility for training purposes)

Qualifications include:
• High School diploma required; Associates degree preferred.
• Minimum or two years of secretarial or administrative support experience.
• Must be detailed oriented, have the ability to work independently and handle a multi task environment.
• Experience with KRONOS Payroll and Timekeeping System preferred
• Organizational and time management skills
• MicroSoft Office Skills, i.e. Excel and Word
• Must complete required Condition of Employment Training

Work Schedule:

The coordinator's hours are Monday-Friday 6:30 am-3:00 pm
