Commercial Real Estate, Agency Relationship Manager IV

Responsibilities Include:
  • Product specialist for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac small balance lending
  • Experienced team lead with a track record of growing loan production
  • Ability to find new origination sources including correspondent agreements, recruiting originators and developing internal talent
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with developing and maintaining loan processes and transaction management
  • Establishes and implements a sales strategy; interacts with customers or potential customers to explain Capital One products and services
  • Demonstrates ability to influence others and champion new ideas to improve processes and client experience


Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years of experience servicing commercial real estate loans as a Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac lender
