Manager, Access Management - Card Channels

This exciting opportunity is with the US Card Channels Access Support team who support the access needs and controls for the broader organization. As a leader in our Access Management organization you will be part of a team that is delivering critical access & application functions to our Channels organization with a focus on risk management and process transformation. This individual will be asked to create strategy, work in a cross functional environment and influence new outcomes that simplify the access experience. This role includes a balance of people leadership responsibilities with a blend of process, program & relationship management.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
  • People leader that is accountable for leading a team driving results that support productivity and minimizing the risk of access permissions of Channels contact centers.
  • Designing and implementing a framework of entitlements & applications access of Job Roles (SAP's) and application level roles.
  • Eliminate exposure of riskier access entitlements and functions while creating monitoring plans to validate
  • Support and lead a path to automating access
  • Consult on intent needs and deliver access roles that meet requirements and standards
  • Lead & support any application SOX controls
  • Establish governance and standards of role ownership
  • Communicate regularly to stakeholders on data and key metrics
  • Partner with peer team to implement standards for removing accesses and other initiatives being delivered across the team
  • Support Channels/Card programs & projects


Basic Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in Process Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in People Management
  • At least 2 years of experience in Relationship Management


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Lean certification or Six Sigma Certification
  • 5+ years of experience in Process Management
  • 5+ years of experience in People Management
  • 3+ years of experience in Relationship Management
