Adventist HealthCare seeks to hire a Operations Program Manager for Performance & Excellence who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As the Operation Program Manager, you will:
• Partner with key stakeholders to develop and refresh content for AHC's Lean Six Sigma certification courses, including White Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Six Sigma Champion, and Lean
• Serve as primary facilitator for all Lean Six Sigma certification activities
• Monitor progress and support full deployment of Operational Excellence team goals
• Maintain Operational Excellence department process maps
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new Operational Excellence team members
• Manage Operational Excellence intern(s)
• Serve as primary Operational Excellence department liaison with Minitab Companion
• Provide Operational Excellence support to designated entity/services

Qualifications Include:
• Minimum of 6 years progressive health care experience required
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Health Systems, Public Health, Nursing, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a relevant field required
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt required
• Experience teaching healthcare Lean Six Sigma principles required
• Two or more years of management/leadership experience preferred
• Experience utilizing statistical analysis software such as Minitab preferred
• Experience with Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award framework preferred
