Adventist HealthCare Marketing team seeks to hire an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will:
•Oversee day-to-day digital operations of content development, website updates and social media governance ensuring application of digital best practices
•Work independently, with guidance, regarding overall team management and day-to-day operations to achieve goals and objectives on time and within budget.
•Performs all duties inherent to a managerial role. Participate in hiring, training, oversight, evaluation and termination of assigned staff according to company policies and procedures
•Assist in the development of campaign launch strategy and planning
Strategic planning of monthly and quarterly goals to support campaigns and overall brand awareness
•Supervise regular campaign performance analysis and optimization recommendations
•Generate reporting and analysis of trends to support strategy and optimization efforts
•Provide recommendations to streamline processes, eliminating inefficiencies and improve results across digital operations
•Effectively manage multiple vendor partners to produce deliverables within timelines and on budget; this involves developing campaign measurement plans, selecting KPI's and measuring outcomes
•Lead social media strategy, issues preparedness and management efforts.
•Keep current and anticipate changes in the digital healthcare landscape in order to make recommendations to adapt plans based on insights
•Champion new approaches to digital marketing technologies and more advanced research methods to understand customer need and retention.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in advertising, communications, marketing, digital media or public relations.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reporting staff.
•Experience managing digital strategy and operations across websites, blogs and social media is required.
•Ability to work independently and efficiently on concurrent projects; the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal staff and outside partners/vendors.
