Executive Director - Upper Shore Workforce Investment Board
Thoroughly committed to the Upper Shore Workforce Investment Board’s mission, the Executive Director will administer policies and provide overall direction of the Upper Shore Workforce Investment Board, Inc. within guidelines set up by the Board of Directors. The Executive Director will plan, direct, and coordinate operational activities as the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer for the Upper Shore Workforce Investment Board, Inc.
Education and Experience
- Five or more years of supervisory experience required. Experience working for a Workforce Development or Non-Profit organization preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a field related to workforce development required with a master’s degree preferred.
- These criteria may be adjusted based upon other equivalent combinations of education and experience.
