Highly regarded organization with an excellent team environment , benefit package and tenured staff is seeking a member to join there growing staff!

The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to the Executive Director, Vice President, and leadership team. 90% of the job is maintaining and amending the office calendar, coordinating and scheduling all calls and meetings, travel arrangements, and maintaining files both paper and electronic. This role will additionally serve as a liaison for meetings; assisting in the coordination , travel , meeting materials and agendas for Senior Staff . The role is currently remote, however the organization anticipates returning to the office in early September

The candidate should have a strong EA background with 4+ years of experience in a direct support role.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 4+ years experience in an EA role minimum
  • Must have excellent organizational and calendar management skills.
  • Must have ability to, and interest in, learning new skills and techniques required for the job.
  • Must be self-starter, highly independent, and flexible.
  • Must be able to work in fast-paced environment and successfully juggle priority projects.
  • Outstanding computer skills in Windows/Microsoft Office.
  • Must be able to learn new technologies as needed. Internet research skills essential.
  • Experience with budgeting and working knowledge of budgeting practices is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work with senior-level executives and teams is essential.
