We are in search for an Office and Transactions Administrator who will go above and beyond to provide assistance to our busy realtors, manage the front office and work with the Business Support Manager in processing real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Real Estate Transactions Software and Management system
  • Provide administrative support for Accounting and Transactions Team
  • Maintain and update electronic and hard copy office filing systems
  • Office Phone Management 
  • Keeps Office Organized/Neat and Up-To-Date
  • Mail Management including distributing of incoming mail and packages
  • Maintains office inventory / orders supplies
  • Assist w/ Office Events
  • Manages all front office activities, agent calls, inquiries, and all walk-ins.  Directs all inquiries to the proper source. 
  • Notifies agents when they received a fax via cell phone and distributes to email or mailbox.
  • Keeps common areas such as agent workroom, and lobby neat, organized and up to date.
  • Conference Room Reservation  
  • Open and close office based on defined hours and ensures front desk is covered during open business hours
  • Maintains and updates office information and bulletin boards
  • Manages monthly Branch calendar
  • Updates and monitor Listings online
  • Other duties as needed
