Our values of integrity, collaboration, and excellence enable us to lead the industry in providing the optimal solution for our clients.Keller is looking for a Financial Analyst based out of our Hanover, MD location.Create financial models to support organizational decision making.Track expenses and revenues vs. budget and reforecast and analyze fluctuations.Analyze trends and develop forecasts based on those trends.Assist with forecasting and budgeting process.Develop an understanding of business processes and create solutions based on advanced analytics.Assist with automating processes using macros.Created detailed and automated cash forecasting model.Ensure compliance with IFRS16 lease reporting.Assist with Banking administration.Performs other related duties as assigned.In this position you will be responsible for working with many finance initiatives to achieve a variety of tasks. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: working with budgets and forecasts, handle reporting, and data analysis.Background Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, Experience) Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance.Minimum 5 years progressive experience in similar role.Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).Thorough understanding of methods of systems analysis and the principles, design, and procedural methods used in big data analysis.Thorough understanding of project management.Solid computer and ERP skills including the ability to adapt to new systems.Advanced Excel and computer skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly detailed and well organized.Keller is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
