ECS is seeking a Management Consultant - Business Transformation to work in our Washington, DC office. Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.Job Description: We are currently seeking an influential, diligent, and energetic management consultant to join our team. In this role, you will join a team focused on helping our clients transform their business and IT service management processes as they modernize and define their cloud computing strategy. You will support the program with business and requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement and relationship management, project tracking and coordination, and overall process analysis and improvement for enterprise level platform services. This will include the development of cloud migration plans, service design, management and monitoring, and the development of strategic communications and briefings to communicate with stakeholder and customer organizations. Your ability to understand organizational resources, priorities, needs and policies will be critical as you analyze complex/new situations; anticipate potential problems; assess opportunities, impacts, and risks; and develop and implement client solutions.You'll apply your creative problem-solving skills, time management, and proven communication skills to work across stakeholder groups in a highly fluid, rapidly changing environment. You love collaborative environments that use agile methods to encourage creativity in solution design. You are ambitious individual who can work under your own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work.
