The Project Coordinator will manage day-to-day administrative functions for the Pediatric Health Network to include administrative support, project management, communication, and budget. Will assist manager with project knowledge. Opportunities to work closely with technical teams, subject matter experts, the Director of Quality Improvement and IT Director in support of population health management and value-based care.


Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Minimum Work Experience
3 years (Required)

Functional Accountabilities
Administrative Support
  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions for projects related to Quality Improvement and Information Technology, such as organize and maintain department files and records, perform complex clerical duties and analytics, schedule and support meetings and events, supply and equipment orders, etc.
  • Assist in preparation of Project reports.
  • Provide technical assistance to staff members as needed.

Project Communication
  • Serve as a communication link to other CNH departments and external groups involved with PHN (e.g., coordinate project meeting timelines, convey concerns about project).
  • Independently research, develop, and compose presentation materials and speeches in a variety of settings; prepare charts, graphs, reports, surveys and results of work.
  • Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities; determine potential courses of action and develop appropriate solutions.

Project Coordination
  • Assist with coordination and completion of projects (e.g., use periodic checks to assess and track the progress of a Project's timeline and/or performance).
  • Assist with budget reports, as needed.
  • Apply substantive knowledge in order to assist and represent manager thoroughly in the scope, diversity, and complexity of project and organizational commitments
