COMMUNICATE: Keep stakeholders constantly informed of your product--from executive roadmaps to customer needs, from bug fixes to release notes, and more--knowing what to communicate in the right way, at the right time, to the right people.

BECOME THE EXPERT: Become the lead expert and champion for data capture for Capital One's Spring portal (spring.capitalone.com)--helping define and build the right tools into the portal's backend for analytics and reporting. You will also lead efforts to integrate the portal's backend with other systems (both internal and external) that will optimize the customer's experience.

CREATIVE ANALYSIS: Flexible, adaptable, and creative analytical skills.

COLLABORATION: The ability to collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including business partners, other product owners, and engineering or development teams.

COMMUNICATION: Outstanding listening and presentation skills, honed by hearing customers and stakeholders, and sharing key communications with peers, management, and executives.
